Document Description
The project will modify the existing Rodeo refinery into a repurposed facility that would discontinue the refining of petroleum crude oil and switch to processing renewable feedstocks into renewable diesel fuel, renewable blending components, and renewable fuel gas. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment of a 30-year General Lease – Industrial Use through 2031, to expand authorized uses of the leased lands to include transfer of renewable fuels and feedstocks, to install a Metocean Monitoring Buoy System, and to modify the butane rail rack.
