Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a major amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0102-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brent Engineering Inc. as represented by Ron Burek. The amendment includes avoiding the west drainage on the project site; therefore, reducing the area of impact area by 0.08 acres south of Site 1 and west of the current terminus of the Phase 1 Mermack Avenue improvements. The original Agreement allows for the impact of 0.39 acres of streambed resources, the request proposed this acreage is revised to 0.31 acres.
