Document Description
Use Permit to allow for a flower stand, consisting of a portable table with floral buckets containing cut flowers grown on-site; occupying 400 sq. ft. of a 2.38-acre parcel zoned Rural Residential. An estimated 5-10 visitors are expected per day. No increase in traffic is expected. Customers will enter through Willowside Road and enter a paved circle driveway, where parking will be available. Hours of operation will take place during the late spring to early fall months, from 9 AM- 12 PM, 3 days per week, with a maximum of one employee. An existing single-family residence is located on-site.

The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15303 (e) for New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures because the proposed project is for the construction of a portable table to sell flowers, which are grown on site. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
