- Use Permit to allow for a flower stand, consisting of a portable table with floral buckets containing cut flowers grown on-site; occupying 400 sq. ft. of a 2.38-acre parcel zoned Rural Residential. An estimated 5-10 visitors are expected per day. No increase in traffic is expected. Customers will enter through Willowside Road and enter a paved circle driveway, where parking will be available. Hours of operation will take place during the late spring to early fall months, from 9 AM- 12 PM, 3 days per week, with a maximum of one employee. An existing single-family residence is located on-site.

No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
