Document Description
Three 18-inch diameter and one 8-inch diameter pipes will be installed between a new storm drain basin in the southeast part of the overall project site and the outfall. A grouted rock slope protection (RSP) apron will be installed below the outfall pipes to dissipate flows and minimize potential for scour of the creek channel. The work will include soil excavation and stockpiling, outfall apron and wingwall construction (cast in place concrete), RSP placement and grouting, installation of bedding and pipes, and backfilling the trench.
