- Issue Right of Entry Permit and subsequent easements to Napa Valley Transportation Authority to construct and designate the Napa Valley Vine Trail along and adjacent to the park day-use road in Bothe-Napa Valley State Park. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
