- The basin is located on the south side of Valley View Street, west of McCall Avenue, more specifically bound by Valley View to the north, the Selma Branch Canal to the east and south, and a residential subdivision to the west. The storm drain pipeline will extend from the basin east to McCall, and north on McCall to Todd Street.

- Reasons for Exemption
- A Class 3 Exemption consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures such as utility extensions including street improvements. A Class 4 Exemption consists of minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of mature, scenic trees. Lastly, according to Sec.15268 Ministerial Projects, ministerial projects are exempt from the requirements of CEQA. Therefore, the Project is exempt.
