Document Description
This project will: demolish and remove the existing 280 square foot building and replace it with a new building of similar size and footprint; improve the grading and pavement; relocate and raise existing amenities; and add new paving and utilities. The extent of ground disturbance will be limited to the depth of the existing footing and slab depth. Remove the existing concrete hardscape and curb surrounding the
building. Sawcut and remove approximately 20,000 square feet of asphalt. Remove approximately 635 square feet of existing concrete parking stall and path. Demolish existing dump station concrete and replace with new concrete. The holding tank and inlet pipe will remain and raised to meet the new grade. Accessible parking stall and path to kiosk from stall unloading zone will be 4.5 inch concrete on 4 inch class 2 aggregate base. Raise existing utilities valve boxes (water, sewer) rims to meet flush with new grades.
