Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes abandoning private septic systems and connecting 50 existing parcels to a public sewer line within the community of Franklin in Sacramento County, California. The Project includes installation of a low-pressure system with a single individual grinder pump located at each parcel, and construction of a new three-inch low-pressure force main sewer line on Franklin Boulevard, Hood-Franklin Road, Bilby Way, Kenneth Way, and Dennis Way that will carry the flow to a new connection at manhole 258-158-1001 at Willard Parkway.
