Document Description
This Agreement covers the following project activities: 1) installation of a new septic line within the fill prism of a stream crossing used to access cannabis cultivation areas, and 2) replacement/upgrade of the culverted stream crossing used for cannabis cultivation access with a bridge design. An existing 60-inch stream crossing culvert over an unnamed watercourse is undersized and will be upgraded based on a bridge design that allows passage of 100-year stream flow and does not impede fish or aquatic life passage up or downstream.
