- The Project addresses 1,2,3-TCP contamination of the Front Street Well. The Project consists of the construction and operation of a granular activated carbon (GAC) treatment system to reduce 1,2,3-TCP contamination. Construction includes the installation of two (2) 12-foot diameter treatment vessels, a 50,000 gallon above-ground storage tank, booster pump and associated piping and appurtenances at the Front Street Well.
