The Project is limited to the installation of ungrouted riprap to reinforce approximately 205 feet of the creek bank of Clearwater Creek that runs along Clear Creek Road. The bank along this portion has begun to erode and is threatening the integrity of Clear Creek Road. This road is the primary access road to PP1 and heavy equipment frequently travels along it to access PP1 for plant maintenance. Approximately 615 cubic yards of ungrouted riprap will be placed in the creek at a 2:1 (H:V) slope. The riprap will be placed to the top of the stream bank, which is roughly 10 feet, and 18 feet into the stream.
