Document Description
The project is limited to the act of diverting water from a single POD from Willow Creek. The activities include the operation and maintenance of the diversion, such as removal of sediment, debris, and vegetation near the POD. Work in the wet with be conducted with hand tools or dry from bonk with heavy equipment to the greatest extent of the excavator arm. If o channel spanning rock weir is necessary, the work plan would be approved by CDFW prior to work starting. The channel spanning weir would provide fish passage. The Permittee diverts no more than 1.98 cubic feet per second (cfs) from March 1- November 1 for irrigation, and 0.01 cfs from November 1 to February 28 for groundwater recharge along with irrigation. Permittee shall submit plan to CDFW of the fish screen facility improvements for approval.

The project is the annual maintenance of an existing water diversion structure and the diversion of water from Willow Creek pursuant to their lawful water right. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
