Document Description
Project will construct four (4) trailer pads at Sunset State Beach, three (3) will be located at the maintenance yard, and one (1) at the Palm Beach Subunit, to assist in housing by staff members displaced by the CZU complex fire. Work will include:
• At Sunset Maintenance Yard:
o Excavate and lay baserock for three (3) sites 30’x40’, 6-9” deep;
o Excavate utilities trench 250’l x 12”w x 24”d;
o Excavate sewer trench approximately 80’l x 12”w x 24”d;
o Install 500 gallon sewer holding tank; and
o Install three (3) electric RV pedestal on 18”l x 24”w x 4”d concrete pad.
• At Palm Beach Subunit:
o Excavate and lay baserock for one (1) site 30’l x 45’w, 6-9”d;
o Excavate water service trench 50’l x 12”w x 24”d;
o Excavate electrical service trench 15’l x 12”w x 24”d;
o Install electrical RV pedestal on 18”l x 24”w x 4”d concrete pad; and
o Modify concrete curb to accommodate driveway with no effect on public parking.
