Trinity PUD and WAPA are proposing a proactive wildfire risk reduction, reliability, and asset protection project which includes right-of-way (ROW) expansion and vegetation management. The purpose is to reduce fire risk from their transmission and distribution power lines to the surrounding communities and public lands, as well as to increase electrical reliability to maintain critical services in the local communities.
