The proposed improvements are located within the existing right-of-way. There will be no widening or work performed outside of the public right-of-way; therefore, the improvements will not result in the disturbance of any sensitive resources. Potential noise impacts will be short-term construction-related noise. The project will improve pedestrian and bicycle safety and accessibility. There will be no expansion of the existing use.
