Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (D T S C), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.61, has issued an Emergency Permit to MicroVention (E P A I D# CAR000273185) to treat hazardous waste through a controlled reaction with a chemical solution. The hazardous waste to be treated consists of one 500-milliliter container of Methacrylic Anhydride, two 50-gram containers of Dimethyl Acrylamide, and thirty 50-gram containers of Acryloyl Chloride.
