Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0281-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Louis Buell. The project is limited to two points of diversion (POD). One POD is a historic seep well that may be used as a domestic water source, depth and yield unknown. The other point of diversion is a surface water diversion on Hayfork Creek that will also be used as a domestic water source. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
