YES Nature to Neighborhoods will engage approximately 145 under-represented Richmond teens in marine, coastal, and bay conservation and experiential education. The environmental education and leadership development program includes outings to locations in Contra Costa and Marin counties. This project is CEQA exempt, and the NOE is being filed by the State Coastal Conservancy, which is granting funds towards to enable the project.
