Document Description
Ordinance No. 1527 was adopted by the Yolo County Board of Supervisors on October 6, 2020 (Minute Order No. 20-133). This ordinance amended the Gravel Mining Fee Ordinance in Title 10, Chapter 11 of the Yolo County Code of Ordinances to add a schedule of fee increases, based on the fee amounts and formulas established by prior Board of Supervisors' action, to align with current practice and clarify the per ton gravel fee amounts following the annual four percent increases.

The Gravel Mining Fee Ordinance establishes fees that are imposed one every ton of aggregate material sold by the gravel mining operations governed by the Yolo County Off-Channel Mining Plan (OCMP). The planning area for the OCMP encompasses 25,865 acres in rural Yolo County from the town of Capay to the town of Yolo.
