The Project consists of routine vegetation maintenance of an existing groundwater recharge basin. There would be no expansion of its current use. The project activities would be performed outside of nesting bird season and during a time when the basin is without water and does not have the potential to have a signi?cant effect on the environment, it is not subject to CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(h).
