- A Special Development Permit to allow a parking lot to be developed within 25 feet of an adjoining residentially zoned property and for the perimeter fence to exceed seven feet in height within the Eskaton Special Planning Area (SPA). A Design Review to comply with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines (Countywide Design Guidelines). The proposed 1.51± acre project is located on the southeastern portion of the 37.68± acre parcel. The proposed parking addition (located south of the existing facility) will add 69 parking spaces for staff, visitors and volunteers. The breakdown of the proposed parking includes: 46 standard spaces, 4 parallel spaces, 11 compact spaces, 4 accessible spaces and 4 golf cart parking spaces.
