A Special Development Permit to allow a parking lot to be developed within 25 feet of an adjoining residentially-zoned property and for the perimeter fence to exceed seven feet in height within the Eskaton Special Planning Area (SPA). A Design Review to comply with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines (Countywide Design Guidelines). The proposed 1.51± acre project is located on the southeastern portion of the 37.68± acre parcel The proposed parking addition (located south of the existing facility) will add 69 parking spaces for staff, visitors and volunteers. The breakdown of the proposed parking includes: 46 standard spaces, 4 parallel spaces, 11 compact spaces, 4 accessible spaces and 4 golf cart parking spaces.
