IID responsible agency findings determining that the DHS/CBP Border Fence Replacement Project's environmental waivers, Environmental Stewardship Plan and November 4, 2020 summary memorandum, meet the requirements set forth in Section 15221 of the CEQA Guidelines for the use of NEPA documentation, and adequately addressed the environmental effects of that part of the project that involves the IID, i.e., the relocation of power facilities. IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project affecting IID.
