The purpose of the project is to implement emergency erosion control BMPs and revegetation on private and public rural, agricultural, and wildlands impacted by the Walbridge or Glass Fires in order to prevent sediment flowing into nearby streams and impacting water quality in the Russian River watershed.

This area is covered by an emergency declarations issued on 8/18/2020 (LNU Complex) and 9/28/2020 (Glass) by the Governor following both wildfires.
