Reasons for Exemption
The project proposes to construct a new pier, gangway, dock and swim platform associated with APN 034-421-20 at 5825 East Hwy 20, Lucerne, CA 9548. The total combined area of the pier, gangway, dock and swim platform is 1,188 square feet.
All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. There are tules and willows present in the project area, but the project will have no impact on these resources. The project will further require a lakebed encroachment permit from Lake County Water Resources Department and a building permit from the Building Department.
