The proposed project is a comprehensive update of the City’s General Plan and adoption of a new Arrow Highway Mixed-Use District (AHMUD) Specific Plan and a new Climate Action Plan. The City will also update the General Plan Land Use Map and process any zoning amendments required to bring zoning into conformance with the General Plan’s land use recommendations concurrently with approval of the General Plan.
