On January 18, 2024, Jurupa Valley City Council conducted a second reading and adopted Ordinance Nos. 2024-01 and 2024-2, approving Change of Zone No. 21003 to change the zone from Medium-Manufacturing to Manufacturing-Service Commercial and approving Development Agreement No. 19001 between the City and Proficiency Rubidoux LLC to permit the construction of an approximate 1.18 million square foot industrial park with five buildings.
