- The proposed project will consist of minor excavations to perform an inspection of a buried 8-inch pipeline within Cajon Wash. Once excavated, the pipe coating would be removed and the pipe would be inspected and repaired if necessary. The proposed project is categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15301 (b), detailing an exemption of “Existing facilities of both investor and publicly-owned utilities used to provide electric power, natural gas, sewerage, or other public utility services.”
