Project is an interior renovation for the purpose of ADA compliance of an existing building not affecting the size, footprint or exterior enclosure of the structure. The project will not result in damage to a scenic resource, nor adverse changes to a historic resource (building was not listed as a contributing building in the San Diego State College Historic District National Register listing). The project is not located on a site included in any list of hazardous sites, there is no reasonable possibility of a significant impact to the environment, and no significant cumulative impacts will result from the project. The project will not significantly alter a sensitive environment.
