The proposed project will install new utilities/kitchen equipment and replacement of walk in freezers and refrigerators, and new condenser rack. It will replace/repair ventilation system at hoods for grill Including roof penetration/repair, I\ will resurface warehouse flooring with self leveling resin type flooring. The project will replace flooring and paint In dining room and food service area, and make foot travel modifications. !Nork will be located ln the Kitchen/Main Dining Building, #280.The project will also repave 1200 square feet surface of existing parking lot, 40' L X 4' wide existing sidewalk, and add ADA signage near the building.
