Document Description
The Proposed Project is a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for the construction and operation of a residential care facility on an approximate 17.73-acre site located in an unincorporated area of San Bernardino County north of the residential community of Spring Valley Lake and south of the Mojave Narrows Regional Park (See Figures 1 and 2). The residential care facility would include a two-story, 29,952 square-foot medical office building, a two-story, 24,723 square-foot commons (amenities/rehabilitation) building, a three-story 60,190 square-foot assisted living building, a three-story 47,769 square-foot independent living building, and a two-story 41,551 square-foot skilled nursing building (see Figure 3). The residential care facility would be comprised of 100 assisted living units, 99 sub-acute rehabilitation beds, 52 99 basic skilled nursing beds, and 50 52 one-bedroom independent living units.
