The West Side Irrigation District has agreed with the United States Bureau of Reclamation to convert its water service contract from the Central Valley Project to a repayment contact; and that negotiated contract is reflected in the Converted Contract between the United States and The West Side Irrigation District providing for Project Water Service from Delta Division and Facilities Repayment pursuant to the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (Pub. L. 114-322, 130 Stat. 1628). In September, 2020 The West Side Irrigation District was consolidated with Byron-Bethany Irrigation District.
