The proposed project will close an existing bikeway gap in the OC Loop, increase the use of active transportation travel modes, enhance safety and mobility for non-motorized users, advance efforts to achieve greenhouse gas reduction goals, improve aesthetics, access and maintenance to the Coyote Creek Channel, and enhance public health. In addition, the proposed project is a safety and mobility enhancement for the County of Orange.
