Document Description
The Lakefront Park Project (project) involves developing a new park on approximately five (5) acres on a site formerly known as Natural High. The proposed park would include the following: a basketball court, ninja gym, small splash pad, skate park, amphitheater, large covered shelter, parking, area for future boathouse and a bathroom/concession building. The proposed park would include scattered throughout, picnic tables and BBQ grills, public art, a large number of trees and drought tolerant landscaping. The park includes various paved pathways connecting the recreational facilities in the park, and would include the promenade extending through the property along the shoreline.
