The project will not result in damage to a scenic resource, or adverse changes to a historic resource. The project is not located on a site included on any list of hazardous sites, there is no reasonable possibility of a significant impact to the environment, and no significant cumulative impacts will result from the project. The project will not significantly alter a sensitive environment.
