To allow for the expansion of an existing well field to replace existing non-producing wells in a designated disadvantaged and severely disadvantaged community to include in the construction of multiple water wells and appurtenant facilities for the community of Helendale on 43.08+/- acres (2 parcels). Primary Access to the site will be provided by the adjacent Helendale Road. The proposed wells will be equipped with an above ground pump motor on top of an approximate 10-foot by 10-foot concrete pad. No landscaping will be installed at the well sites. The closest connection to the HCSD system is located in the adjacent roadway (Helendale Road).
