Document Description
The proposed Lift Station No. 1 Replacement Project (proposed project) would include improvements to facilities associated with the District’s existing Lift Station No. 1 (LS1). Based on the current condition of LS1, including its inadequate size for current and predicted future flows, the District proposes to split flows associated with LS1 into two new lift stations (Thoroughbred LS and Schoolhouse LS). In addition to the two new lift stations, the proposed project includes the installation of seven segments of new sewer main to replace existing sewer main. LS1 would be retained in place during construction of adjacent facilities. After both the Thoroughbred LS and the Schoolhouse LS are fully operational, the existing LS1 would be removed from service and demolished
