Document Description
Approval of Permit No. 19574, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To excavate approximately 369,400 cubic yards of coarse sediment and fine sediment within approximately 30-acres of the Tuolumne River Designated Floodway (Bobcat Flat). To place the excavated coarse sediment along 4,500 linear feet of the Tuolumne River, in adjacent side channels (dredger sloughs and pits), and project floodplain areas. The additional excavated material will be placed in upland and wetland enhancement areas within the Floodway. The project is the third phase of the Tuolumne River Bobcat Flat Restoration Project (Bobcat Flat Phase III) and will enhance approximately 190-acres.
