Document Description
A Use Permit Amendment (81-UP-0050) to add two additional parcels to the north of the existing residential care facility to develop into a parking area and a Design Review to comply with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines. The proposed parking addition (located north of the existing facility) will add 62 parking spaces for staff, visitors and volunteers. The breakdown of the proposed parking includes: 32 standard parking spaces, 28 compact parking spaces and 2 motorcycle parking spaces.
