Consistent with the adopted Half Moon Bay Parks Master Plan and associated adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (Parks Master Plan MND), the project proposes renovations to Carter Park including a new amphitheater with terraced seating, a stage/support building, children’s play area, a picnic area, restroom and concession stand, trail, entry sidewalks and pathway, and landscaping.
