Issue right of entry permit and temporary easement to Humboldt County to realign Panther Gap Road at PM 0.50 upslope of the original alignment in Humboldt Redwoods State Park to reestablish access across a failed roadway due to a landslide. The realigned roadway would provide an 8 to 12 foot temporary unpaved roadway to accommodate geotechnical investigations and temporary public traffic.
