Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0228-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Cara Recine. The project is limited to the installation of three new 24-inch diameter corrugated plastic pipe culverts that are 18- feet long, all in one location where a proposed driveway will cross an unnamed drainage channel. Installation of the culverts will require concrete headwalls on the upstream and downstream end of the culverts. Culverts will be backfilled with fill material, and the voids between the culverts will be filled with an impermeable material, either grout or concrete. Concrete will be poured over the top to create a level driveway crossing surface.
