Document Description
The Project will be implemented by the Applicant This grant is for the purpose of improving access to, and the quality of, drinking water in public schools (K-12) that are disadvantaged. The first priority will be schools with impaired drinking water quality. Program Administrators will be reaching out to those schools meeting priority criteria. The purpose of this funding is to ensure disadvantaged School Districts in California have adequate access to clean drinking water.

• Article 18, Section 15269(c) specific actions necessary to prevent or mitigate an emergency, are exempt from CEQA
• Article 19, Section 15301 Class 1-Operation, repair, maintenance and/or minor alteration of an existing structure
• Article 19, Section 15303 Class 3-Construction or remodification of a limited number of new or existing small structures
