- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0122-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Southern California Edison. The Project will improve the grade and drainage surrounding the Morro Substation providing protection from future erosion. Project activities will include vegetation removal, slope repairs, grading, construction of riprap detention basins, drainage structures, riprap channels and k-rail removal.
