Document Description
The County proposes to restate and amend the existing water supply contracts for the Lopez Water Project to allow the Contractors to store their unused annual water entitlements in Lopez Reservoir for future use. The purpose of the proposed change is to provide the Contractors greater flexibility to better manage their water supply portfolios, which may also include groundwater and allocations from the State Water Project. The project is expected to improve water supply resiliency for the region.
