Document Description
The County of San Luis Obispo Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) seeks early consultation on the proposed Zone 3 Lopez Water Contract Changes Project. The District proposes to restate and amend existing water supply contracts to allow Contractors to store their unused annual water entitlement in Lopez Reservoir for future use. The purpose is to provide the District and Contractors greater flexibility to manage water supply and improve water resiliency for the region.
