The project will conduct required road maintenance to ensure Western Area Power Administration’s reliable access to towers for inspection and/or repair work along the Trinity-Carr and Carr-Keswick 230-kilovolt transmission line rights-of-way. The road maintenance activities will occur within or adjacent to potential jurisdictional waters of the United States, including road grading, repairing/replacing culverts, cleaning culverts, armoring low-water crossings, and repairing/replacing existing low-water crossings.
