- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-LAS-13817-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Hannah Tangeman. Ten Beaver Dam Analogues (BDAs), two Post-Assisted Log Structures (PALS), and three rock Zeedyke structures will be built along 550 feet of an intermittent un-named tributary to Lassen Creek that was affected by the Sheep Fire that burned in August 2020. Immediate action is needed in order to capture excessive sediment expected off of the watershed due to burned conditions.
