Document Description
Replace the damaged roof of the Sherry Barn in Jack London State Historic Park to help protect and preserve the resource following damaged caused by a wind event. Work will:
• Remove the existing damaged metal panels;
• Replace damaged cross members in-kind as needed by screwing to existing rafters;
• Install new metal panels made from corten steel, attached with galvanized roofing screws;
• Seal the seams of the roof with caulking; and
• Repair and re-attach one piece of damaged faschia trim.
