Document Description
Acquisition of ten-unit existing multifamily housing project. Rehabilitation and repairs needed, such as reroofing and HVAC repair or replacement, will be undertaken in accordance with local building permits while the units are occupied and internal repair or rehabilitation will be undertaken in units between occupancies pursuant to local building permits. The precise rehabilitation and construction activities are not defined at this time will be subject to separate local agency review and approval.
